• Education - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• Experience - Freshers are welcome to apply.
• The candidate should be a person who can find an easy way to do his job.
• The candidate should be highly motivated by efficiency and a desire to avoid tedious, repetitive work.
• Analytical Thinking - The candidate should have strong analytical thinking skills. He should also be able to measure the impact and benefits of automation, and use data and feedback to improve and optimize the process.
• Communication skills - The candidate should be able to communicate clearly and concisely with business users, managers, developers, and customers. He should be able to explain the purpose, scope, and benefits of automation, and document the business needs and expectations.
• Creative - The candidate should be able to think outside the box, and come up with new and better ways to automate and improve the processes. They should also be able to adapt to changing business needs and environments, and leverage the latest technologies and trends to enhance the automation capabilities
• Good Learner - The candidate should also be open to learning new skills and tools, and experimenting with different solutions.
• Forthcoming - The candidate should be open and willing to share his knowledge and best practices, and seek input from others.
• Programming Skills - Any programming langauge is added advantage but not mandatory.
